Swiss-Belhotel International remains committed to providing our guests and staff with a safe environment so they can stay with ease and conduct business with confidence. This is our culture of Passion and Professionalism™.

With the coronavirus (COVID-19) affecting people and businesses globally, we have implemented comprehensive precautionary measures to safeguard the health and wellness of our guests and staff, including:
• Availability of face masks in the lobby
• Placement of hand sanitizer stations in public areas
• Scheduled sanitation of high-touch areas
• Temperature checks for persons entering the hotel premises
• Regular hand sanitation of all staff
• Availability of local emergency hotlines

At present, all our hotels and staff are coronavirus-free and we are working hard to keep it that way. We will continue to monitor the situation and respond accordingly to the advice of the government of the respective countries and the World Health Organisation where our hotels are located.

The health & safety of our guests and our team members is always our foremost priority. While the risk of contracting the virus in the local community remains low, we are working with the latest advice from the medical authorities and local government of the countries where we operate, as well as the World Health Organisation, regarding preventative and precautionary measures.

Enhanced cleaning and hygiene practices have been implemented in all of our hotels. Every two hours all common areas, as well as the back-of-house, are thoroughly cleaned and disinfected to the most stringent standards. All guest rooms continue to be thoroughly cleaned and sanitised regularly.

USAGM's COVID-19 response

COVID-19 (Coronavirus) is on everyone's mind, forcing the world to make dramatic adjustments to new circumstances.

In these uncertain times, and no matter where one lives in the world, access to accurate and reliable information is more important than ever. The networks of the U.S. Agency for Global Media (USAGM) are uniquely positioned to report on one of the biggest news stories in modern history and impact audiences like no other media organization in the world, and they have led in global coverage of the COVID-19 pandemic.

With news and information programming in 61 languages and audiences in more than 100 countries, the USAGM's networks have been covering this developing crisis from day one, providing their audiences around the world with health explainers, personal stories, and national and international responses to the evolving outbreak. Beyond TV and radio, millions are turning to USAGM social platforms and mobile apps to find and share trusted information.

I applaud our journalists, editors and staff for engaging their audiences and finding new and creative ways to keep people informed. But even as we continue to bring information to the people who need it most, we are also monitoring developments to ensure the safety and wellbeing of our staff around the world.

Unfortunately, this global pandemic has hit home. This week, a second member of the USAGM family tested positive for COVID-19. In each case, we took the necessary precautions in response: alerting staff, identifying those who worked with the individual and having them self-quarantine, as well as deep cleaning workspaces in which the individuals worked. I know that everyone will join me in wishing the employee a speedy recovery.

This evolving global health crisis has affected personnel and operations and will continue to do so. To effectively plan for the continuity of operations and support our workforce, USAGM put a number of precautions in place over the past several weeks. This includes providing robust telework requirements for those who can accomplish their work remotely; closing our facilities to visitors; enforcing a 14-day self-quarantine for anyone returning from international travel; and, of course, stringently cleaning and disinfecting all of our facilities and workspaces. Most important, we continue to let employees know that not only does their work matter, so does their wellbeing.

Every industry has its unique challenges in dealing with this pandemic. Our journalists and support staff around the world are dedicated to ensuring our audiences have the critical information they need to keep themselves safe and healthy. We are committed to keeping these brave men and women out of harm's way. They are our most important asset. Standing together, we will pull through.

We are strengthening the preventive action towards the spread of COVID-19 by disinfecting our aircrafts to assure its cabin cleanliness as well as doing sterilization to kill all germs and viruses. Disinfection was done particularly to the fleets which previously served flights to affected countries and it applies thoroughly to the cabin and passenger areas, such as lavatory, seat, tray table, headrest, seat armrest, overhead compartment, and galley.

Before each departure, Garuda Indonesia is making sure the thorough daily cleaning and transit cleaning to mitigate any risks related to the outbreak.

Our modern aircraft is equipped with the High Efficiency Particulate Air (HEPA) filters, a standard feature installed on every Garuda Indonesia's aircraft. The aircraft filtration systems in cabins can filters 99.999 per cent of dust particles and airborne contaminants such as viruses and bacteria ensuring the highest quality of cabin air.

To maintain your safety and comfort during the flight, we provide a hand sanitizer that can be used by all passengers placed in the galley. We also optimize preventive efforts by recommending the use of masks for the cabin crew while on duty. In addition, we also provide cabin crew for the standard handling procedure of passenger that is suspected of having a communicable disease

Just like you, we are closely monitoring new developments regarding COVID-19 (coronavirus). The health and safety of our guests and employees is of the utmost importance.

We are committed to doing everything we can to make Wynn and Encore a respite when you visit one of our resorts.

Therefore, we've decided to raise our usual standards of cleanliness and health safety even higher. We didn't become the leader in guest experiences by maintaining the status quo; you can count on us to be a travel leader in meeting the challenge of the coronavirus.
What We Are Doing Differently:
We have implemented several new policies and procedures, which follow recommendations from the U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) and the Southern Nevada Health District (SNHD). In addition, Wynn Resorts has independently engaged as a noted consultant, Dr. Rebecca Katz, Director of the Center for Global Health Science and Security at Georgetown University Medical Center.

We are in constant communication with our employees to reinforce our sanitization safety procedures in both guest-facing and back-of-house areas. We are sanitizing high-traffic public areas at an increased frequency.
Hand sanitizers are located throughout public and back of house locations. Sanitizers are refilled and checked regularly.
Public touch points, such as handrails, elevator buttons, door handles and knobs are cleaned multiple times throughout the day.
Surfaces such as front desk, restaurant counters and dining tables are wiped regularly.
The casino gaming floor slot machines are wiped and surfaces cleaned multiple times throughout the day.
All departments have implemented hand washing or sanitizing procedures to take place multiple times during the employee's shift.
All employees are instructed each day on correct hand sanitizing procedures.
Employees are instructed to wash hands before and after eating and before returning to a work area.
Table gaming employees are instructed to wash hands after every break before returning to a game.
Proper procedures are posted in all back-of-house work areas.
All Wynn employees are prohibited from reporting to work with a respiratory illness that can be transmitted to others.
Wynn Resorts has instituted a new Employee Sick leave policy which offers 5 days paid sick leave to ensure employees who are ill remain home.
Employees insured by the company have access to healthcare, many of whom also have access to a 24-hour telemedicine provider.
If any employee were to be diagnosed as having coronavirus, they would be placed on a Medical Leave of Absence and would be paid for the duration of physician-mandated treatment.
For guests who feel unwell, we have detailed protocols developed in partnership with the Southern Nevada Health District
If at any point a guest feels ill, they should return to their room and contact the front desk. A trained member of our staff will come to the room and help assess the situation, including taking a temperature reading, and evaluate the need for medical assistance

PENYELENGGARAN IBADAH DALAM SITUASI TERJADI WABAH COVID-19


Ketentuan Hukum 

1. Setiap orang wajib melakukan ikhtiar menjaga kesehatan dan menjauhi setiap hal yang diyakini dapat menyebabkannya terpapar penyakit, karena hal itu merupakan bagian dari menjaga tujuan pokok beragama (al-Dharuriyat al-Khams).

2. Orang yang telah terpapar virus Corona, wajib menjaga dan mengisolasi diri agar tidak terjadi penularan kepada orang lain. Baginya shalat Jumat dapat diganti dengan shalat zuhur di tempat kediaman, karena shalat jumat merupakan ibadah wajib yang melibatkan banyak orang sehingga berpeluang terjadinya penularan virus secara massal. Baginya haram melakukan aktifitas ibadah sunnah yang membuka peluang terjadinya penularan, seperti jamaah shalat lima waktu/ rawatib, shalat Tarawih dan Ied di masjid atau tempat umum lainnya, serta menghadiri pengajian umum dan tabligh akbar. 

3. Orang yang sehat dan yang belum diketahui atau diyakini tidak terpapar COVID-19, harus memperhatikan hal-hal sebagai berikut:

a.  Dalam hal ia berada di suatu kawasan yang potensi penularannya tinggi atau sangat tinggi berdasarkan ketetapan pihak yang berwenang maka ia boleh meninggalkan salat Jumat dan menggantikannya dengan shalat zuhur di tempat kediaman, serta meninggalkan jamaah shalat lima waktu/rawatib, Tarawih, dan Ied di masjid atau tempat umum lainnya.

b.  Dalam hal ia berada di suatu kawasan yang potensi penularannya rendah berdasarkan ketetapan pihak yang berwenang maka ia tetap wajib menjalankan kewajiban ibadah sebagaimana biasa dan wajib menjaga diri agar tidak terpapar virus Corona, seperti tidak kontak fisik langsung (bersalaman, berpelukan, cium tangan),  membawa sajadah sendiri, dan sering membasuh tangan dengan sabun.

4. Dalam kondisi penyebaran COVID-19 tidak terkendali di suatu kawasan yang mengancam jiwa, umat Islam tidak boleh menyelenggarakan shalat jumat di kawasan tersebut, sampai keadaan menjadi normal kembali dan wajib menggantikannya dengan shalat zuhur di tempat masing-masing. Demikian juga tidak boleh menyelenggarakan aktifitas ibadah yang melibatkan orang banyak dan diyakini dapat menjadi media penyebaran COVID-19, seperti jamaah shalat lima waktu/ rawatib, shalat Tarawih dan Ied di masjid atau tempat umum lainnya, serta menghadiri pengajian umum dan majelis taklim.

5. Dalam kondisi penyebaran COVID-19 terkendali, umat Islam wajib menyelenggarakan shalat Jumat.

6. Pemerintah menjadikan fatwa ini sebagai pedoman dalam upaya penanggulangan COVID-19 terkait dengan masalah keagamaan dan umat Islam wajib mentaatinya.

7. Pengurusan jenazah (tajhiz janazah) terpapar COVID-19, terutama dalam memandikan dan mengkafani harus dilakukan sesuai protokol medis dan dilakukan oleh pihak yang berwenang, dengan tetap memperhatikan ketentuan syariat. Sedangkan untuk menshalatkan dan menguburkannya dilakukan sebagaimana biasa dengan tetap menjaga agar tidak terpapar COVID-19.

8. Umat Islam agar semakin mendekatkan diri kepada Allah dengan memperbanyak ibadah, taubat, istighfar, dzikir, membaca Qunut Nazilah di setiap shalat fardhu, memperbanyak shalawat, memperbanyak sedekah, dan senantiasa berdoa kepada Allah SWT agar diberikan perlindungan dan keselamatan dari musibah dan marabahaya (doa daf’u al-bala’), khususnya dari wabah COVID-19.

9. Tindakan yang menimbulkan kepanikan dan/atau menyebabkan kerugian publik, seperti memborong dan menimbun bahan kebutuhan pokok dan menimbun masker hukumnya haram.

*Rekomendasi*
1. Pemerintah wajib  melakukan pembatasan super ketat terhadap keluar-masuknya orang dan barang ke dan dari  Indonesia kecuali petugas medis dan import barang kebutuhan pokok serta keperluan emergency.

2. Umat Islam wajib mendukung dan mentaati kebijakan pemerintah yang melakukan isolasi dan pengobatan terhadap orang yang terpapar COVID-19, agar penyebaran virus tersebut dapat dicegah.

3. Masyarakat hendaknya proporsional dalam menyikapi penyebaran COVID-19 dan orang yang terpapar COVID-19 sesuai kaidah kesehatan. Oleh karena itu mas

yarakat diharapkan menerima kembali orang yang dinyatakan negatif dan/atau dinyatakan sembuh.

*Ketentuan Penutup*
1. Fatwa ini mulai berlaku pada tanggal ditetapkan, dengan ketentuan jika di kemudian hari ternyata dibutuhkan perbaikan, akan diperbaiki dan disempurnakan sebagaimana mestinya.

2. Agar setiap muslim dan pihak-pihak yang memerlukan dapat mengetahuinya, semua pihak dihimbau untuk menyebarluaskan fatwa ini.

Muhamad Isa yang akrab dpanggil Cek Man pemilik Mentari Group menyatakan bahwa investasi di Toko Permata Ponsel cukup lumayan besar. Namun Cek Man berharap dengan Manager Keuangan yang baru dipegang oleh Saudara Rizal dan Marketing Eksekutif Saudari Nurul, toko tersebut bisa cepat berkembang  maju. 

Sementara itu saat acara peresmian Toko Permata Ponsel turut diundang para Tokoh Agama dan Tokoh Masyarakat setempat. Dalam rangka membacakan doa selamat dan tepung tawar serta silahturahim.

Dalam mendukung usaha-usaha masyarakat  di  Aceh khususnya dan di  Indonesia pada umaumnya, Ruslan Andy Chandra selaku Relawan Indonesia di Google Local Guides Level 10 langsung mendaftarkan usaha tersebut di Google Maps.
