Ambassadors Roundtable: Raising Ambitions for a Climate-Secure Future

 Dear Friends of FPCI,

FPCI Climate Unit is convening a virtual Ambassadors Roundtable, bringing the theme of “Raising Ambitions for a Climate-Secure Future” on the occasion of EU Climate Diplomacy Week and in the momentum leading up to the UN Climate Summit (COP26) in November. 

 

The Roundtable will host Ambassadors, as official representatives of respective governments, to discuss what is needed for the success of COP26, their countries’ climate commitments and strategies, as well as challenges to be addressed by international cooperation.

 

We are pleased to invite you to join the roundtable that will take place on Monday, 11 October 2021 at 10:00 WIB. This session will be held in English with Indonesian audio interpretation (audio Bahasa Indonesia akan disediakan).

 

There will be special remarks by H.E. Mahendra Siregar, Vice Minister for Foreign Affairs of Indonesia and opening remarks by H.E. Vincent Piket, Ambassador of European Union to Indonesia and Brunei Darussalam. The roundtable will be moderated by Dr. Dino Patti Djalal, Chairman of Foreign Policy Community of Indonesia.
