Europe On Screen” menampilkan tujuh film Jerman

LIPUTANSATU.COM - Menginjak tahun ke-16, festival film “Europe on Screen” (EOS) akan dibuka pada Jumat, 29 April 2016 dan diselenggarakan di enam kota di Indonesia. Selama sepuluh hari festival ini akan menayangkan 78 film karya sutradara dan produser Eropa, termasuk karya-karya ko-produksi dengan negaranegara di luar Eropa. Sebagai mitra setia EOS, Goethe-Institut di Indonesia dengan bangga turut berkontribusi melalui tujuh film produksi Jerman dalam daftar film-film terbaik yang diputar kali ini.

 “Cesar’s Grill” yang disutradarai oleh Dario Aguirre bercerita mengenai seorang anak vegetarian yang kembali ke tanah airnya Ekuador untuk membantu menyelamatkan restoran ayahnya. Sementara itu, “Holy Cow” yang disutradarai oleh Imam Hasanov mengangkat masalah-masalah yang ditumbulkan sapi Eropa di desa terpencil di Azerbaijan. “Pepe Mujica – Lektionen eines Erdklumpens” menyoroti figure José “Pepe” Mujica, presiden Uruguay. Dalam “Sonita” kita akan melihat seorang pengungsi remaja berusia asal 18 tahun asal Afganistan yang ingin menjadi penyanyi rap di Iran.

“The Cut” yang disutradarai oleh sutradara Jerman keturunan Turki, Fatih Akin, menceritakan perjalanan seorang penyintas genosida berdarah Armenia ketika mencari kedua putrinya. Dalam film “Hin und weg” seorang pemuda menceritakan tentang penyakitnya kepada temanteman terdekatnya ketika mereka melakukan tur sepeda. Film bertema teknologi komputer dan internet “Who am I” menceritakan mengenai kelompok peretas bawah tanah CLAY.

Like the M2 Coupe, the BMW Cruise M Bike Limited Edition – which will be produced in a limited run of 1,500 units – boasts exceptional dynamics and agility. The bike cuts a powerful figure thanks to the hydro-formed aluminium frame’s distinctive “bullneck” – reminiscent of the tank position on a motorcycle – and its clear transitions in form. Sumptuous, smooth welded seams lend a single-mould look to the frame design. And, like its automotive inspiration, the two-wheeler uses an eye-catching Long Beach Blue metallic colour scheme to highlight its confident character and spread joy through the ranks of BMW M aficionados and beyond.The bike’s striking design concept is complemented by high-quality technical components, which generate a special feeling on the road. The carbon seat post and spacer ensure the BMW Cruise M Bike Limited Edition is a light yet also a strong device. With larger wheels (now 28 inches), a 30-gear system and Shimano hydraulic disc brakes, it has all the tools to deliver the last word in riding pleasure – on straight roads and twisty or hilly routes alike. Every example of the limited-run special edition also has its own specially made plaque.

The BMW bike collection has been given a makeover for spring 2016 with the help of revised designs and cutting-edge technical components. New colour shades, for example, add a stunning finish to the new BMW Cruise Bike and the BMW Cruise M Bike, while the BMW Cruise e-Bike impresses with an even more powerful proposition (thanks to its 400-Wh battery) and a top speed with electrical pedal assistance of 25 km/h (16 mph).

HUT Pendiri Sangha Mahayana Indonesia Ke-71 & Pelantikan Majelis Mahayana Indonesia

 

 LIPUTANSATU.COM - Sangha Mahayana Indonesia yang merupakan persatuan anggota Sangha Mahayana di Indonesia, menyelenggarakan acara HUT salah satu pendiri Sangha Mahayana Indonesia Y.M Bhiksu Dharmasagaro Mahasthavira yang ke-71 dan Pelamtikan Majelis Mahayana Indonesia. Acara yang diselenggarakan pada tanggal 16 April 2016 di JCC Senayan ini dihadiri  oleh anggota Sangha Mahayana dan 4500 tamu undangan lainnya.

Y.M. Bhiksu Kusalasasana Mahasthavira selaku Ketua Umum Sangha Mahayana Indonesia menyatakan "Dalam rangka gerakan revolusi mental Sangha Mahayana Indonesia melantik Dewan Pimpinan Pusat Majelis Mahayana Indonesia dan memperingati hari ulang tahun pendiri Sangha Mahayana Indonesia."

Beliau juga menambahkan "Semoga acara pada hari ini dapat memberikan kebahagiaan bagi semuanya. Kita mendoakan Y.M. Bhiksu Dharmasagoro Mahasthavira dapat selalu sehat sejahtera dan Dewan Pengurus Pusat Majelis Mahayana Indonesia dapat bekerja dengan baik sesuai dengan cita-cita luhur dan jiwa Bodhicitta yang dikembangkan.

Y.M. Bhiksu Dharmasagoro  Mahasthavira dilahirkan di Sungai Liat, Bangka. Pada penanggalan Lunar tanggal 20 Februari 1945. Pada tahun 1972, di usianya yang ke-27 tahun, beliau di tahbiskan menjadi Bhiksu dengan tradisi Mahayana di Vihara Pao Lin Monastry, Hongkong di Tai San, Lang Tao Island. Beliau menjadi Ketua Umum SMI selama 30 tahun. Saat ini menjabat sebagai Vice President World Sangha Buddist Council.

Acara ini juga dimeriahkan oleh tarian Gending Sriwijaya yang merupakan salah satu kesenian yang mengingatkan kita dengan sejarah kerajaan Buddist yaitu kerajaan Sriwijaya. Ada juga pemutaran CD kegiatan SMI dan kesenian-kesenian Buddist lainnya.
